学生辅助课堂教学模式初探

摘要 借鉴翻转课堂的形式和理念,作者在大学化工原理课程教学中尝试开展了一种更适合大学学习特点的学生辅助课堂教学模式。历时2个学期、3个班级的实验研究证明,这种介乎“翻转课堂”和传统教师主讲课堂之间的教学模式,可以显著提高教学效果,使教师有机会利用课堂思政的形式教书育人,是专业课教师培育学生综合素质的可循之径,对教师的教学思路和技巧也有不同程度的启发与提升,可作为翻转课堂的一种创新形式在高校教学改革中加以应用。 Referring to the form and concept of flipped classroom,the author tries to develop a student-assisted classroom teaching mode more suitable for the characteristics of university learning in the course principles of chemical engineering.Three classes over a period of two semesters,the experiment proved that this kind of between“flipped class”and traditional class teaching mode between class,can significantly improve the teaching effect,give teachers a chance to use the form of classroom education teaching,is a specialized course teachers cultivate students’comprehensive quality to follow the diameter of the teachers’teaching ideas and skills also have varying degrees of inspiration and ascend,turn can be used as an innovative form of class as well as applications of the teaching reform.
