5+3一体化培养方式下中医皮肤科临床教学模式初探

Preliminary Study on the Clinical Teaching Mode of Dermatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine under 5+3 Integrated Training Method

近年来,5+3一体化教学在部分中医院校高等中医人才培养体系中实施并开展。相比传统的七年制中医专业学生,5+3一体化培养方式下的学生需要在有限学习时间内掌握更为坚实的医学理论和基本技能,具备较强的临床思维和实践能力以及良好的职业道德和行为规范。结合自身教学工作实际,文章以5+3一体化培养方式的学生为对象,探讨如何在新的培养方式下进行中医皮肤科临床教学改革,增强学科的教学成效以及提升学生的业务水平和人文素养。

In recent years,5+3 integrated teaching has been implemented and carried out in the training system of higher traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents in some colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Compared with the traditional seven-year TCM majors,students under the 5+3 integrated training mode need to master more solid medical theories and basic skills,have stronger clinical thinking and practice ability,and good professional ethics and codes of conduct within the limited learning time.Combined with teaching practice and taking students in the 5+3 integrated training mode as the object,this article explains the presentation how to carry out the clinical teaching reform of TCM dermatology under the new training mode,enhance the teaching effect of the discipline and improve the professional level and humanistic quality of students.
