摘要
目的探讨PBL全病例教学结合翻转课堂在全科医学临床教学中的应用效果。方法选取在重庆医科大学附属永川医院老年病科实习的全科医学生72名为研究对象,对照组开展传统教学法,实验组开展PBL全病例教学结合翻转课堂教学法。2组实习生实习周期均为1个月,均完成2个案例教学。实习结束期测评2组实习生临床实习效果。结果实验组病例分析能力考核得分高于对照组(P<0.05),自评问卷6项得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL全病例教学结合翻转课堂对提升医学实习生综合能力有积极作用。
Objective To explore the application effect of PBL case teaching and flipped classroom in clinical teaching of general practice.Methods 72 general medical students who practiced in Yongchuan Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University were selected as research subjects.The control group carried out traditional teaching method,while the experimental group carried out PBL case teaching combined with flipped classroom teaching method.The internship period of both groups was one month,and both groups completed 2 case studies.The clinical effect of the two groups of interns was evaluated at the end of the internship.Results The score of case analysis ability in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the score of six items in the self-assessment questionnaire was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with flipped classroom plays a positive role in improving the comprehensive ability of medical interns.
