泻肺利水化瘀通络汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiefei Lishui Huayu Tongluo Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Pulmonary Heart Disease with Heart Failure

目的观察泻肺利水化瘀通络汤治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择2018年1月—2020年12月武威肿瘤医院心内科120例慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采用常规的西医治疗;观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予泻肺利水化瘀通络汤治疗。结果治疗后观察组总有效率、氧分压(PaO_(2))、血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))、心输出量(CO)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)和肺功能指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、右房压(RAP)、右室压(RVP)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)和中医证候各项评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论泻肺利水化瘀通络汤联合西药治疗慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,并能够显著改善患者的心、肺功能。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiefei Lishui Huayu Tongluo decoction on chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease and heart failure in Wuwei Tumor Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Xiefei Lishui Huayu Tongluo decoction on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,PaO_(2),SaO_(2),Co,SV,LVEF and lung function indexes of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while PaCO_(2),RVP,RVP,NT-proBNP and traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiefei Lishui Huayu Tongluo decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease with heart failure has better clinical effect than western medicine alone,and can significantly improve the heart and lung function of patients.
