济川煎穴位贴敷外治老年阳虚慢传输型便秘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jichuanjian Acupoint Application in the External Treatment of Senile Yang Deficiency and Slow Transit Constipation

目的观察穴位贴敷联合莫沙必利用于老年阳虚慢传输型便秘(STC)患者的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年6月井冈山大学附属医院康复科门诊及住院的STC患者,采用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(口服莫沙必利片)30例,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用加味济川煎穴位外治治疗,2组均以7 d为1个疗程,连用2周,比较2组患者治疗后的临床疗效,首次排便时间,便秘症状评分,生活质量评分,外治满意率。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);首次排便时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后CCS评分明显降低,SF-36评分明显升高(P<0.05),与治疗后对照组相比,治疗组CCS评分和SF-36评分明显改善(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合莫沙必利可明显改善STC患者便秘症状。

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application combined with mosapride in the elderly patients with yang deficiency and slow transit constipation(STC).Methods From January 2019 to July 2019,STC patients in Affiliated Hospital of Jinggangshan University were divided into two groups by random number table.The control group(oral mosapride tablets)had 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with acupoint sticking and external treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated with 7 days as a course of treatment.Two weeks later,the clinical efficacy,the first defecation time,the score of constipation symptoms and the quality of life of the two groups were compared,the nursing Satisfaction,and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The first defecation time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The CCS score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the CCS score of the treatment group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion External treatment of acupoint application combined with mosapride for patients with STC can significantly improve the symptoms.
