解毒散瘀汤治疗儿童EB病毒感染相关传染性单核细胞增多症热毒炽盛证临床观察

Clinical observation on Jiedu Sanyu decoction in Treating Children with Epstein-Barr Virus Infection-related Infectious Mononucleosis Syndrome

目的探究解毒散瘀汤治疗EB病毒感染相关传染性单核细胞增多症热毒炽盛证患儿的临床效果及对免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年10月—2019年12月在河南中医药大学第一附属医院儿科就诊的热毒炽盛型传染性单核细胞增多症患儿80例,按照随机数字表法1∶1随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。比较2组患者治疗效果和免疫功能的变化情况。结果治疗组患儿症状改善时间和治疗前后中医证候评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组患儿CD^(3+)、CD^(8+)显著减低,CD^(4+)、CD^(4+)/CD^(8+)明显升高,治疗组改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为12.50%(5/40),治疗组未见不良发应。结论解毒散瘀汤对EB病毒感染患儿治疗效果理想,有助于改善患儿预后,能有效改善患儿免疫功能,安全性更高,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jiedu Sanyu decoction on children with EB virus infection and its influence on immune function.Methods From March 2017 to December 2019,80 cases of patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method 1:1,with 40 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect and immune function of 2 groups were compared.Results Symptom improvement time and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score before and after treatment in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CD^(3+) and CD^(8+) were significantly decreased,while CD^(4+) and CD^(4+)/CD^(8+) were significantly increased,and the improvement effect in treatment group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.50%(5/40)in the control group,and no adverse events were observed in the treatment group.Conclusion Jiedu Sanyu decoction is ideal for treating children with EB virus infection,which can help improve the prognosis of children,can effectively improve the immune function of children,has higher safety,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
