桂枝茯苓胶囊联合化瘀消瘤汤治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

Clinical Observation on Guizhi Fuling Capsule Combined with Huayu Xiaoliu Decoction in the Treatment of Hysteromyoma

目的分析桂枝茯苓胶囊与化瘀消瘤汤联合治疗子宫肌瘤患者的临床效果。方法选择景德镇第三人民医院在2018年10月—2020年12月收治的30例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组(15例)与观察组(15例)。对照组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,观察组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊+化瘀消瘤汤治疗,对比2组治疗前后中医证候(经行腹胀、乳房肿痛、面色萎黄、经色紫黯、阴道出血、肌瘤大小)积分、疗效。结果治疗后,观察组的经行腹胀、乳房肿痛、面色萎黄、经色紫黯、阴道出血、肌瘤大小积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率93.33%(14/15)明显高于对照组60.00%(9/15)。结论采用桂枝茯苓胶囊与化瘀消瘤汤联合治疗子宫肌瘤,可以改善中医症状,提高疗效。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with Huayu Xiaoliu decoction in the treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods 30 patients with hysteromyoma in Jingdezhen Third People’s Hospital from October 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(15 cases)and observation group(15 cases).The control group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule,and the observation group was treated with Guizhi Fuling capsule and Huayu Xiaoliu decoction.The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes(abdominal distension,breast swelling and pain,pale complexion,purple and dark complexion)scores and curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of abdominal distension,breast swelling and pain,pale complexion and purple and dark complexion of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 93.33%(14/15)significantly higher than that of control group 60.00%(9/15).Conclusion Guizhi Fuling capsule combined with Huayu Xiaoliu decoction in the treatment of hysteromyoma can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the curative effect.
