通督调神针刺结合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tongdu Tiaoshen Acupuncture Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in the Treatment of Sudden Deafness

目的观察通督调神针刺联合高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的临床效果。方法选取2019年9月—2020年12月在安徽庐州中西医结合医院及安徽中医药大学第二附属医院就诊的60例突发性耳聋患者,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组高压氧治疗和观察组加用通督调神针刺,每组30例。2组均接受基线药物治疗(如激素、营养神经类药物)。治疗4周后,比较2组的临床疗效和平均纯音听阈值。结果观察组总有效率为90.0%(27/30),高于对照组的76.7%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的平均纯音听阈值均明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组纯音听阈值明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论通督调神针刺联合高压氧治疗能促进突发性耳聋患者的听力恢复,提高其生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods 60 cases of patients with sudden deafness who were treated in Luzhou Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine and the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to December 2020 were selected.They were divided into the control group received hyperbaric oxygen and observation group received Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received baseline drug therapy(such as hormones,neurotrophic drugs).After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and average pure tone hearing threshold were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%(27/30),which was higher than 76.7%(23/30)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average pure tone hearing threshold after treatment in the two groups was lower than before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,the pure tone hearing threshold of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Tongdu Tiaoshen acupuncture combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can promote the hearing recovery of patients with sudden deafness and improve their quality of life.
