头刺配合中脘 阴交加电针治疗顽固性失眠临床观察

Clinical Observation on Scalp Acupuncture Combined with Zhongwan(RN12)and Yinjiao(RN7)Electroacupuncture in the Treatment of Intractable Insomnia

目的探讨头刺配合中脘、阴交加电针治疗顽固性失眠的治疗效果。方法将80例顽固性失眠患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组头刺取穴:百会、四神聪(左右)、额中线、额旁一线、额旁二线、情绪区[印堂上1寸、阳白(双侧)],腹部取穴:中脘、阴交(加电针);对照组选百会、四神聪、印堂、安眠、神门、内关、三阴交、申脉、照海穴给予治疗。结果治疗组总有效率92.5%(37/40)明显高于对照组80.0%(32/40);治疗组治愈疗程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论头刺配合中脘、阴交加电针治疗顽固性失眠的效果明显优于普通针刺治疗。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture combined with Zhongwan(RN12)and Yinjiao(RN7)electroacupuncture in the treatment of intractable insomnia.Methods 80 patients with intractable insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).In the treatment group,scalp acupuncture points were selected as follows:Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(left and right sides)(EX-HN1),forehead midline,para-frontal first line,para-frontal second line,emotional area[1 inch above Yintang(EX-HN3),Yangbai(both sides)(GB14)].Abdominal acupoint selection:Zhongwan(RN12)and Yinjiao(RN7)(with electric acupuncture).The control group selected acupoints:Baihui(DU20),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Yintang,(EX-HN3)Anmianmeng,Shenmen(TF4),Neiguan(PC6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Shenmai(BL62)and Zhaohai(KI6)to give treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment group(92.5%,37/40)was significantly higher than that of control group(80.0%,32/40).The treatment course in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of scalp acupuncture combined with Zhongwan(RN12)and Yinjiao(RN7)electroacupuncture in the treatment of intractable insomnia is obviously better than that of ordinary acupuncture.
