内外兼顾辨治鹅掌风

Syndrome Differentiation on Goose-web Wind by Both Inside and Outside

鹅掌风是一种缠绵难愈、较为常见的慢性皮肤病,中医辨证为湿热邪毒内蕴、气血津液失润所致。治疗以杀虫止痒、清热解毒等外治为主,但容易反复发作,根据“有诸内者,必形诸外”的理论,应同时解除外犯之毒与内蕴之毒。此文总结内外结合辨治鹅掌风的具体思路与方法,即内服以清热祛湿解毒、滋阴养血润燥、凉血祛风止痒为主,根据患者体质不同随证加减,调整治疗侧重点,外用以祛风除湿解毒、杀虫止痒、祛腐生新为主,内外兼顾,才能治病求本,防止复发。

Goose-web wind is a lingering,difficult to cure,more common chronic skin disease.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation thinks that it is induced by dampness-heat pathogenic toxin and dehydrating of qi,blood and body fluid.Its treatment concentrates on insecticidal,anti-itch,clearing heat and detoxicating,but easy to manifest suddenly repeatedly.According to the theory of what is inside must be outside,meanwhile relieving the poison both inside and outside.This paper summarizes the internal and external combined with the specific idea and method of treating fungal,namely internal medicine to clear heat clearing dampness detoxification,nourish yin and blood and moisten dryness and cold blood functions of relieving itching,according to different patients constitution with modification,the adjustment treatment focus,external use with functions of dehumidification detoxification,insecticidal itching,remove metatrophic new is given priority to,both inside and outside,to cure this disease,and prevent recurrence.
