摘要
目的比较艾叶挥发油α-萜品烯醇、β-丁香烯醇,泼尼松3种药物治疗放射性肺炎大鼠的疗效。方法60只大鼠随机分为组T(艾叶挥发油α-萜品烯醇),组D(艾叶挥发油β-丁香烯醇),组C(泼尼松),组K(生理盐水)。60只大鼠行放射性肺炎造模。组T予α-萜品烯醇,组D予β-丁香烯醇,组C予泼尼松组,组K予等量生理盐水。治疗30 d后处死大鼠,检测淋巴细胞数、氧化应激指标(SOD)、炎性因子(TGF-β、PDGF、IL-1)含量,观察肺泡炎发生情况。结果组T中淋巴细胞数、炎性因子(TGF-β、PDGF、IL-1)含量明显低于组D、组C、组K(P<0.05)。组T氧化应激指标(SOD)较组D、组C、组K明显上升(P<0.05)。组T大鼠出现轻度肺泡炎,组D为中度,组C为重度,组K为极重度。组T肺泡炎评分低于组D、组C、组K(P<0.5)。结论α-萜品烯醇治疗放射性肺炎大鼠具有较好的疗效,值得深入研究。
Objective By comparing theα-Terpineol andβ-Syringol from volatile oil of Artemisia argyi leaves and prednisone to evaluate the therapeutic effect of syringol in the treatment of radiation pneumonitis in rats.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into group T(α-Terpineol),group D(β-Syringol),group C(prednisone),group K(normal saline).Sixty rats were used to establish the model of radiation pneumonitis.Group T was givenα-Terpineol,group D was givenβ-Syringol,group C was given prednisone,and group K was given the equal amount of normal saline.After treatment 30 days,all rats were killed.Lymphocyte counts in BALF of rats,the oxidative stress index(SOD)and the content of inflammatory factors(TGF-β,PDGF,IL-1)were detected.The incidence of alveolitis was observed.Results The numbers of lymphocytes and the contents of inflammatory factors(TGF-β,PDGF and IL-1)in group T were significantly lower in the four groups(P<0.05).T oxidative stress index(SOD)of treatment group T was significantly higher in the four groups(P<0.05).Rats in the group T only showed mild alveolitis,rats in the group D rats showed moderate alveolitis,rats in the group C showed severe alveolitis,and rats in group K show very serious alveolitis.The score of group T was lowest in the four groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Theα-Terpineol has best effect in the treatment of radiation pneumonitis rats,which is worthy of further study.
