中医护理干预联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期临床观察

Clinical Observation on Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Combined with Acupoint Application in the Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Acute Exacerbation

目的分析中医护理干预加穴位贴敷在急性发作期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(简称慢阻肺)中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月广东省河源市中医院收治的慢阻肺急性发作期78例患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法划分成对照组(予以常规治疗及护理)与观察组(在对照组基础上加以中医护理干预和穴位贴敷治疗),各39例,比较2组干预前后动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、住院时间、6 min步行距离(6 MWD)及中医症状积分。结果干预1周后,观察组PaO_(2)水平比对照组更高,PaCO_(2)水平及中医症状积分低于对照组,住院时间比对照组更短,且6 MWD长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预加穴位贴敷对急性发作期慢阻肺效果确切,能改善患者的临床症状及血气指标,提升其运动能力,缩短其住院时间,值得采用。

Objective To study the applied effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation.Methods 78 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation patients treated from January 2019 to December 2019 in Heyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as research subjects.According to random number table,patients were divided into control group(39 cases)and observation group(39 cases).The control group was served with routine treatment and care.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was served with TCM nursing and acupoint application.Arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2)),hospital stays,6min walk distance(6MWD)and TCM symptom scores were compared.Results After one week of intervention,PaO_(2)values in the observation group were higher than control group;PaCO_(2)values and TCM symptom scores were lower than control group;hospital stays were shorter than control group;6MWD was longer than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing combined with acupoint application has obvious effects in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in acute exacerbation,can shorten the hospital stays,and improve the clinical symptoms,blood gas analysis index and motor function.It is worthy of application.
