中药熏洗联合中医护理在治疗霉菌性阴道炎患者中的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Chinese Herbal Fumigation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Treating Colpitis Mycotica

目的探究对霉菌性阴道炎患者施中医护理以及中药熏洗的治疗作用。方法选取2019年7月—2020年7月在惠东县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心收治的86例霉菌性阴道炎患者。采取随机数字表法将其分成试验组(43例)以及常规组(43例),予以常规组中药熏洗,予以试验组中药熏洗以及中医护理干预。对比2组治疗总有效率、炎症消失时间、住院时间及生活质量量表(SF-36)得分。结果试验组总有效率95.35%(34/43)高于常规组79.07%(41/43)(P<0.05)。试验组炎症消失时间以及住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量得分高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对霉菌性阴道炎患者采用中医护理和中药熏洗干预,能够提升治疗效果,缩短炎症消失时间和住院时间,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing in treating colpitis mycotica.Methods 86 colpitis mycotica patients treated from July 2019 to July 2020 in Huidong County Maternity and Child Health Family Planning Service Center were selected as research samples.According to random permutation table,patients were assigned to experimental group(43 cases)and routine group(43 cases).The routine group took Chinese herbal fumigation,and the experimental group took Chinese herbal fumigation and TCM nursing.The total effective rate,inflammation relief time,hospital stays and the MOS 36-item short from health survey(SF-36)scores were compared.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 95.35%(34/43)which was higher than that of routine group 79.07%(41/43)(P<0.05).The time of inflammation disappearance and hospital stay in experimental group were shorter than those in routine group(P<0.05).Quality of life score in experimental group was higher than that in routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing and Chinese herbal fumigation can increase the therapeutic effect,shorten the inflammation relief time and hospital stays,and improve the life quality.
