中西医结合内科学教学方法改革初探 被引量:3

摘要 在中西医结合内科学本科教学中,传统的教学模式多采用灌输式方法,使学生被动接受理论知识,教学效果欠佳。近年来一些新教学方法如以问题为导向的教学方法(Problem-based learning,PBL)和案例教学法(Case-based learning,CBL)等受到众多教师关注,但是单独应用其中任何一种教学方法都有一些不足之处,文章尝试探索一种新的教学方法,即将CBL教学法与PBL教学法结合。这样可能会更好地提高学生们的学习效率和兴趣,有利于牢固掌握理论知识、提升自主学习能力和提高中西医结合诊疗思维,但在实施过程中要注意选取临床典型案例及难度适中的问题,对学生进行文献检索知识的相关培训,适当地进行学生分组及确定讨论时间,不断提高师生综合素质和能力,这样才能更好发挥该教学法的优势。 In the undergraduate teaching of internal medicine of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,the traditional teaching mode mostly adopts the indoctrination method,which makes the students passively accept the theoretical knowledge,and the teaching effect is not good.In recent years,some new teaching methods,such as PBL(problem-based learning)and CBL(case-based learning)teaching methods,and have attracted the attention of many teachers.However,there are some shortcomings in the application of any teaching method alone.This paper attempts to explore a new teaching method,that is,the combination of CBL teaching method and PBL teaching method.However,in the process of implementation,we should pay attention to the selection of typical clinical cases and problems of moderate difficulty,the training of literature retrieval knowledge for students,the grouping of students and the determination of discussion time.Only in this way can we give full play to the advantages of this new teaching method.
