基于中医轴-轮理论的肠道菌群研究进展

Research Progress of Intestinal Flora Based on the Theory of Axle-Wheel in Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医圣哲认为升降运动是自然与人根本的存在形式,升降运动具体表现以中气(脾土)作轴枢,肝、心、肺、肾使四维轮用,形成了中医“四时五脏”的“轴-轮”时空观。人体大量肠道菌群与宿主共生存,形成了平衡的肠道微生态稳定结构。因机体内外环境的改变,可导致肠道微生态系统失调。肠道菌群及其代谢产物紊乱破坏机体肠道屏障,增加肠道通透性,发生炎症免疫等反应,从而促进各系统疾病的发生。目前研究肠道菌群通过肠-X轴作用与心、肝、肺、肾等疾病有密切关联性。文章对中医“轴-轮”理论进行浅探,综述肠道菌群相关的研究进展。对其深入研究,不断认识到肠-X轴学说的作用,这与中医“中轴-四轮”理论有异曲同工之处,为中医“轴-轮”理论与肠道菌群作用提供合理参考价值。

The sage of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the ascending-descending movement is the fundamental form of nature and human existence.The axy-wheel form is embodied that the heart,the lung and the kidney make the four-dimensional wheel,Zhong Qi is take as the axis,forming the space-time view of the four seasons and five organs based on ascending-descending theory.A large number of intestinal microflora of human body coexist with the host,which forming a stable and balanced intestinal microecology.The change of internal and external environment leads to the imbalance of micro-ecosystem.Disorders of intestinal microbiota and its metabolites destroy the body’s intestinal barriers,increase intestinal permeability,trigger inflammation and immune reactions,and thus promote the occurrence of a variety of diseases.Current studies have shown that intestinal flora is associated with heart,liver,lung,kidney and other diseases through the entero-X axis.This paper deals with the axis of the wheel theory of TCM,to review the current research progress on intestinal flora.Based on the in-depth study of intestinal flora,the role of the entero-X-axis theory has been continuously recognized,which is similar to the axis-four-wheel theory in Chinese medicine,this provides a reasonable reference for the role of the axis-wheel theory of TCM and the role of intestinal flora.
