摘要
随着原油生产钻井开采工作过程中操作深度的变化,其速度和质量控制等方面的管理难度也在逐年加大,钻井的生产及作业管理过程中对其操作井控和技术安全的可靠性等的控制管理方面的要求也就越来越高。文章简要但全面地介绍了研究采用几种钻井泥浆液面测量方法系统中,各项基本性能结构、工作原理参数特性及其测试技术适用性情况,并分别根据此系统,对当前最主要地用于改善中国各石油企业现有钻井作业现场的泥浆液面质量的相关检测试验技术问题,系统地做了一次全面的评价,提出改进现有企业钻井操作现场,钻井泥浆液面质的相关检测技术试验的方法体系的相关实际应用的指导建议,对今后中国钻井生产操作与现场的使用具有一定实际参考及指导意义。
With the change of operating depth and quality control management difficulty of crude oil production and drilling process and gradually increasing year by year,the requirements for operation well control and technical and safety reliability are becoming higher and higher.The paper briefly introduces the characteristics of the working principle and test technology.According to the system,the system used to improve the quality of the slurry surface in the existing drilling site of various oil enterprises in China,put forward and improve the relevant practice and application,guidance and suggestions to improve the testing method system of drilling mud liquid surface in existing enterprises.It has some practical reference and guiding significance for drilling operation and site use in China.
