分散液液微萃取技术在环境中邻苯二甲酸酯残留分析的应用研究进展

摘要 分散液液微萃取技术是一种新型的样品前处理方法,具有快速、简单、成本低、提取效率高、溶剂消耗量小和灵敏度高等特点,可与光谱、色谱联用。而邻苯二甲酸酯是一类非常常见且使用广泛的环境污染物,对动物和人体也有一定的危害。环境污染物检测是一项重要问题,而样品前处理是检测的关键步骤。文章对近年来分散液液微萃取技术在环境中邻苯二甲酸酯残留分析的应用研究进展进行了综述,通过对分散液液微萃取技术在环境分析中常用的萃取溶剂、分散溶剂和一些应用实例进行总结,为今后分散液液微萃取技术在环境污染物(如邻苯二甲酸酯)监测中的应用提供参考。 Dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction technology is a new sample pretreatment method.It has the characteristics of fast,simple,low cost,high extraction efficiency,low solvent consumption and high sensitivity.It can be combined with spectrum and chromatography.Phthalate esters are a kind of environmental pollutants,which are very common and widely used,and they are harmful to animals and human body.The determination of environmental pollutants is an important issue,and sample pretreatment is the key step of determination.In this paper,the application research progress of dispersive liquidliquid microextraction technology in the analysis of phthalate esters residues in the environment in recent years is reviewed.Through the summary of the commonly used extraction solvents,dispersive solvents and some application examples of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction technology in environmental monitoring,it provides a reference for the application of dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction technology in the monitoring of environmental pollutants(such as phthalate esters)in the future.
