长距离管输3号喷气燃料对其清洁与导电性能的影响

摘要 文章主要分析了长距离管输3号喷气燃料对清洁与导电性能产生的影响,主要从电导率严重衰减的原因,以及添加抗静电剂之后,对燃料电导率与水反应指标产生的影响,对比了成品油长距离管输与喷气燃料馏分长距离管输,对于3号喷气燃料电导率与水反应指标的影响,对比不同方式在管输中存在的优缺点,同时提出相应的运输建议。建议在3号喷气燃料长距离管输中,优先使用喷气燃料馏分油管输,在其末端添加抗静电剂的方法,同时兼顾使用汽运,保障在运输中能够根据末端电导率衰减的情况,最小量的补加抗静电剂的方式,以此保障运输的成功率,并取得相应的经济效益。 This paper mainly analyzes the impact of long-distance pipeline transportation of No.3 jet fuel on cleaning and conductivity,and compares the long-distance pipeline transportation of product oil with the long-distance pipeline transportation of jet fuel fraction mainly from the reasons for the serious attenuation of conductivity and the impact on fuel conductivity and water reaction index after adding antistatic agent.For the influence of No.3 jet fuel conductivity and water reaction index,the advantages and disadvantages of different modes in pipeline transportation are compared,and the corresponding transportation suggestions are put forward.It is suggested that in the long-distance pipeline transportation of No.3 jet fuel,the method of jet fuel fraction pipeline transportation and adding antistatic agent at the end should be given priority,and the use of automobile transportation should be considered to ensure that the minimum amount of antistatic agent can be added during transportation according to the attenuation of terminal conductivity,so as to ensure the success rate of transportation and obtain corresponding economic benefits.
