摘要
文章分析了某型号为3800 m^(3)高炉冷却壁漏水情况,介绍了高炉冷却壁漏水的原因,从改善原燃料条件、处理漏水冷却壁、调整操作制度等方面,对相关的应对措施进行了探讨,希望能保证高炉正常生产。
This paper analyzes the water leakage of the cooling stave of a 3800 m^(3) blast furnace,introduces the causes of the water leakage of the cooling stave of the blast furnace,and discusses the relevant countermeasures from the aspects of improving the raw fuel conditions,treating the leaking cooling stave and adjusting the operation system,hoping to ensure the normal production of the blast furnace.
