摘要 离心泵作为化工生产车间的重要设备是化工生产的主要动力,大多数履新泵的工作周期较长,在电能消耗和基础配件上的消耗相当严重,无法确保离心泵的长期使用,因此会直接降低离心泵的工作效率,企业需要减少离心泵在工作过程中的能耗问题,提高经济效益。文章通过分析离心泵在运行过程中出口压力过大,能耗过高的问题,对离心泵的工作原理和典型的运行特点进行分析。 As an important equipment in the chemical production workshop,centrifugal pumps are the main driving force of chemical production.Most of the new pumps have a long working cycle,and the consumption of electric energy and basic accessories is quite serious,which cannot ensure the long-term use of centrifugal pumps.Therefore,the working efficiency of centrifugal pumps will be directly reduced.Enterprises need to reduce the energy consumption of centrifugal pumps in the working process,so as to improve the economic benefits of enterprises,by analyzing the problems of excessive outlet pressure and high energy consumption of centrifugal pump in the operation process.This paper analyzes the working principle and typical operation characteristics of centrifugal pump,understands the correct use method of centrifugal pump in the use process.
