石油化工设备防腐的有效措施

Effective Measures of Anti-corrosion of Petrochemical Equipment

在化工生产中,石油化工设备是比较常见的生产设备,在使用的过程中,由于存在多方面的影响因素,设备很容易被腐蚀。设备出现腐蚀问题后,对其生产能力、设备性能以及使用年限等都会产生较大的影响。如果腐蚀问题得不到有效的解决,会对设备自身的使用产生不利,严重的话会引起大的安全事故,造成人员以及财产方面的损失。所以,需要充分重视石油化工设备的防腐工作,以增强其抗腐蚀性能。鉴于此,文章主要从设备防腐的必要性以及腐蚀类型与机理出发,对石油化工设备腐蚀原因以及防腐措施进行了分析,以供参考。

In chemical production,petroleum chemical industry equipment is relatively common production equipment.In the process of use,due to the influence of various factors,it is easy to cause the corrosion of equipment.The equipment corrosion problems will produce great influence to its production capacity,equipment performance and use fixed number of year.If the corrosion problems can’t be settled out effectively,it will produce adverse to the use of the equipment itself,and serious cases will cause major safety accidents,resulting in personnel and property losses.Therefore,it is necessary to pay more attention to the anti-corrosion work of petrochemical equipment to enhance its anti-corrosion performance.In view of this,considering the necessity of equipment corrosion and corrosion type and mechanism,this paper mainly analyzes the corrosion causes and corrosion measures of petrochemical equipment for reference.
