全面讨论了5G毫米波频段的需求背景和应用挑战,特别是毫米波的频段规划、传输特点以及具体应用中的挑战和痛点;详细阐述了毫米波段天线阵列的材料选取、性能要求;在全面讨论了目前商用毫米波天线模组的基础上,给出了一种具有优异性能的毫米波天线模组,并介绍了其关键性能的评估方法和评估效果。
The demand background and application challenges of the 5 G millimeter-wave(mm-Wave)frequency band were comprehensively discussed,especially the frequency planning and transmission characteristics of the mm-Wave,as well as its challenges and pain points in concrete applications.The requirements for material selection and properties of the mmWave antennas array were elaborated.Based on a thorough understanding of the state-of-the-art commercial mm-Wave antenna modules,two mm-Wave antenna modules with excellent performance were designed,and the evaluation method and effect of their key performance were given.
