摘要
为最大化提升球面近场测试效率,针对多探头球面近场测试系统的不同采样方案进行了研究,并通过仿真和测试对比了不同采样方案对测试效率的影响。首先利用电磁仿真软件计算出所设计喇叭天线的近场和远场方向图数据;然后利用基于球模式展开法的近场到远场变换算法,从理论上验证了在满足采样规则的前提下,通过适当增加方位上的采样间隔可实现测试效率的提升;最后针对多端口天线,通过分析和测试,说明了利用电子开关和内循环采样方式可以进一步提升测试效率。
To maximize the efficiency of spherical near-field measurement,different sampling schemes of the multi-probe spherical near-field measurement system were studied,and the influence of different sampling schemes on measurement efficiency was analyzed by simulation and test.Firstly,the near-field and far-field pattern data of the designed horn antenna was calculated utilizing electromagnetic simulation software.Then,using the near-field to far-field transformation algorithm based on the spherical mode expansion method,it was theoretically verified that the test efficiency can be improved by reasonably increasing sampling intervals at azimuth on the premise of satisfying the sampling rules.Finally,for the multiport antenna,the analysis and test show that the measurement efficiency can be further improved by utilizing the electronic switch and internal loop sampling.
