摘要 针对中国铁路济南局集团有限公司(简称:济南局集团公司)客运设备管理中存在的问题,设计并实现了铁路客运设备管理信息系统。该系统基于JavaEE架构,采用虚拟化、大数据、微服务等技术,实现客运设备从入库、维修、巡检、保养到报废的全生命周期管理;利用建筑信息模型(BIM,Building Information Modeling)及可视化技术进行三维展示和图表统计,使得界面简洁、直观,多维度数据分析高效准确;对积累的数据进行综合分析,建立设备故障树,提供相应决策支持。该系统已在济南局集团公司推广应用,应用结果表明,系统的应用提升了客运设备管理的信息化、规范化水平,为旅客运输提质增效提供了技术保障。 Aiming at the problems existing in the management of passenger transport equipment of China Railway Jinan Group Co.Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Jinan Administration Group Company),this paper designed and implemented a railway passenger transport equipment management information system.Based on Java EE architecture,the system used virtualization,big data,micro service and other technologies to implement the whole life cycle management of passenger transport equipment from warehousing,maintenance,patrol inspection,maintenance to scrapping,used building information modeling(BIM)and visualization technology for three-dimensional display and chart statistics,made the interface simple and intuitive,as well as the multi-dimensional data analysis efficient and accurate,and comprehensively analyzed the accumulated data,established the equipment fault tree and provided corresponding decision support.The system has been popularized and applied in Jinan Administration Group Company.The application results show that the application of the system improves the informatization and standardization level of passenger transport equipment management,and provides technical guarantee for improving the quality and efficiency of passenger transport.
