黄健玲教授辨治妇科恶性肿瘤围放化疗期的经验拾萃

Professor Huang Jianling's experience in treatment of gynecological malignant tumors in period of peri-radiotherapy and chemotherapy

黄健玲教授指出妇科恶性肿瘤的发生、发展是一个邪实正虚的过程,正气虚尤其是脾肾气虚在妇科恶性肿瘤的发生中起着重要作用。在手术后围放化疗期,中医中药通过整体辨证论治,配合中医多途径特色疗法,主要以扶正为主,佐以祛邪,可减少化疗、放疗所致的不良反应,并提高机体的免疫能力以抗肿瘤生长。

Professor Huang Jianling pointed out that the occurrence and development of gynecological malignant tumors is a process of asthenia of healthy qi and sthenia of pathogenic factors.The deficiency of healthy qi,especially the deficiency of spleen and kidney qi,plays an important role in the occurrence of gynecological malignant tumors.During the period of peri-radiotherapy and chemotherapy,combined with the traditional Chinese medicine multi-way characteristic therapy,by strengthening the body resistance and eliminating evil,traditional Chinese medicine is used according to syndrome differentiation to reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy and radiotherapy and to improve the patients'immune ability to fight tumor growth.
