原发性宫颈子宫内膜异位囊肿破裂大出血误诊宫颈癌1例

A case of massive hemorrhage caused by primary cervical endometriosis cyst misdiagnosed as cervical cancer

宫颈子宫内膜异位囊肿为子宫内膜异位症的一种临床病理类型,其发病率低,临床表现上缺乏特异性,容易漏诊、误诊。现报道1例以大出血为首次表现的原发性宫颈子宫内膜异位囊肿破裂误诊宫颈癌患者1例并进行文献复习,提高对宫颈子宫内膜异位囊肿的认识。

Cervical endometriosis cyst is a kind of clinical pathology type of endometriosis;its incidence is low;its clinical manifestations lack specificity;and it is easy to miss diagnosis and be misdiagnosed.Here we report a case of primary cervical endometriosis cyst rupture misdiagnosed as cervical cancer with massive hemorrhage as the first presentation and review the literatures to improve the understanding of cervical endometriosis cyst.
