骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的研究进展

随着社会的稳步发展,我国老龄化日益严重,人们对生活水平越来越重视,且对医疗知识的认知程度越来越高,促使大众越来越关注骨质疏松症。骨质疏松症中最常见的并发症是脊柱压缩骨折。据相关数据统计,我国在2010年骨质疏松症人群已经发展至11400.0万人,每年以75.0万人的庞大数据不断增加,按照这个速度,到2025年会增加至15100.3万人,骨质疏松性脊柱骨折是老年人群致残、致死的主要原因,故对该类人群的生活质量产生严重的影响,亦是社会公共问题。临床中对该种疾病的治疗存在一定难度,通常情况下是根据患者的具体情况,给予缓解痛疼、增加骨密度以及稳定椎体等干预措施,主要分为两种治疗方案即:手术治疗和保守治疗。不同治疗方案,疗效不一,并发症不同。基于以上背景之下,笔者将综述骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的研究进展,旨在为临床提供相应的治疗依据,以此来提升对该病的治愈率。

With the steady development of society,China's aging is increasingly serious,and people pay more and more attention to their living standard,and the cognitive degree of medical knowledge is getting higher and higher,prompting the public to pay more and more attention to osteoporosis.The most common complication of osteoporosis is spinal compression fractures.According to relevant data statistics,the number of osteoporosis patients in China had grown to 114 million in 2010,with a huge number of 750000 people increasing every year,and it will increase to 151003 million in 2025 at this rate.Osteoporosis spinal fracture is the main cause of disability in the elderly population.Therefore,it has serious impact on the quality of life of such people and is also a social public problem.It is difficult to clinically treat this disease.According to their conditions,usually they are intervened by these measures,such as relieving pain,increasing bone mineral density,stabilization of vertebral body,etc.There were two main treatment options:surgical treatment and conservative treatment.Different treatment options have different curative effects and complications.Based on the above background,the author reviews the research progress of osteoporotic spinal fracture,so as to provide corresponding treatment references in clinic and improve the cured rate.
