锂辉石矿浮选尾矿浆沉降脱水实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用沉降实验法研究了调节矿浆pH,以及添加氧化钙、无机聚合凝聚剂和有机絮凝剂对锂辉石浮选尾矿浆沉降性能的影响。实验结果表明,单独采用聚硫酸铁(PFS)、聚硫酸铝(PAS)和阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)时,不能有效地改善尾矿浆的沉降性能。在尾矿浆中添加硫酸调节矿浆pH,虽可以改善尾矿浆的沉降性能,但效果一般。添加氧化钙可以明显改善尾矿浆沉降性能,当氧化钙用量达到1 780 g/t左右时,尾矿浆在10 min左右可达到沉降终点。氧化钙与APAM组合使用,可进一步提高浮选尾矿浆的沉降速度,当氧化钙用量为850 g/t,APAM用量为19.9 g/t时,尾矿浆在6 min左右就可以达到沉降终点。 The effects of pH adjustment, calcium oxide, inorganic polymeric coagulant, and organic flocculant on the settling performance of spodumene flotation tailing pulp were investigated by sedimentation test. The results showed that polyferric sulfate(PFS), polyaluminium sulfate(PAS), and anionic polyacrylamide(APAM) were alone used, which can not effectively improve the settling performance of the tailing slurry. The adjustment of pulp pH using sulfuric acid can finitely improve the settling performance of the tailing slurry. The addition of CaO can effectively enhance the settling performance of the tailing slurry, and a settlement endpoint in about 10 minutes was obtained when CaO dosage reaches about1780 g/t. However, the combination of CaO and APAM can further improve the settling performance of tailing slurry, and the tailing slurry reached the endpoint in about 6 minutes when the dosages of CaO and APAM are 850 g/t and 19.9 g/t, respectively.
