摘要 研究一体式同步硝化反硝化中试实验装置启动的过程及其应用于处理实际城市生活污水,并确定其启动所需时间及其处理效果.利用污水厂浓缩池污泥作为该装置的启动污泥,以经过超细格栅间后的生活废水为该反应器的进水。启动过程分为3个阶段以连续进水方式进行,在16.1~20.6℃,进水量100 L/h,水力停留时间19.5 h,污泥浓度(MLSS)约为6 500 mg/L的条件下,分析反应器对废水中COD、氨氮、总氮及硝化反应的处理效果。经过42天反应器对废水的COD、氨氮、总氮的除率分别为80.87%、86.11%、52.23%。亚硝酸盐积累率(NAR)达到52%以上。一体式同步硝化反硝化中试实验装置启动阶段处理实际生活污水具有高效稳定的特点,反应器设计结构占地面积小节省了大量的人力与财力,一体式同步硝化反硝化装置的启动实验对应用于实际工程具有一定借鉴意义。 The start-up process of the integrated synchronous nitrification and denitrification pilot plant in a low-oxygen environment was studied and its application in the treatment of actual urban domestic polluted wastewater. The time required of start-up and its treatment effect was determined. The sludge of the sewage treatment plant was used as the start-up sludge, and the domestic wastewater after passing through the ultra-fine grid as the inflow of the reactor. The start-up process is divided into 3 stages for continuous water inflow, and the water inflow is 100 L/h at 16.1~20.6 ° C, the hydraulic retention time is 19.5 h, and the sludge concentration(MLSS) is about 6 500 mg/L. Under the conditions of a low-oxygen environment, the analysis reactor will affect the treatment effects of the COD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, and nitrification reaction. After 42 days of the reactor, the removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total nitrogen of the wastewater by the reactor were 81.46%, 86.11%, and 52.23%, respectively. The nitrite accumulation rate(NAR) reached more than 52%. The synchronous nitrification and denitrification device had the characteristics of high efficiency and stability in the start-up phase of the domestic sewage treatment. The small area of the reactor design structure saves a lot of manpower and financial resources. The start-up test of the integrated synchronous nitrification and denitrification device had certain reference significance in practical projects.
