高盐难降解废水坑塘治理工程实例 被引量:1

摘要 针对天津、河北等地废水坑塘治理的技术需求,对生物强化、活性炭吸附再生、碟管式反渗透、MVR、热解等先进技术进行集成优化,研发了高盐难降解废水坑塘治理集成技术。研究成果应用于华北地区某高盐难降解废水坑塘治理工程中,处理后出水指标达到了地表Ⅴ类水标准,回填污泥中各项指标均低于浸出毒性鉴别标准值,实现了坑塘废水、底泥、废渣的高效处理与资源化回用,恢复了坑塘生态环境。研究成果不仅对高盐难降解废水坑塘治理具有重要意义,对高盐行业废水治理、北方缺水型城市坑塘治理也提供了技术支持和借鉴参考。 According to the technical requirements of wastewater pond remediation in Tianjin, Hebei Province and other places, the advanced technologies such as bioaugmentation, activated carbon adsorption and regeneration, disc-tube reverse osmosis, MVR and pyrolysis were integrated and optimized. The research results were applied to the treatment of a high salinity and refractory wastewater pond in North China. The effluent can meet the class V surface water standard and all indexes in the backfill sludge were lower than the standard values of leaching toxicity identification.The wastewater, bottom mud of pond and waste residue were treated and reused efficiently and the ecological environment of pond was restored. The research results not only have important significance for the treatment of high salinity and refractory wastewater pond remediation, but also can provide technical support and reference for the treatment of wastewater in high salt industry and the treatment of ponds in water deficient cities in North China.
