摘要
为研究快速高效的三维点云数据获取方法及应用,采用基于移动测绘、融合导航定位和三维激光扫描技术的徕卡Pegasus:Backpack移动背包扫描系统,通过对某县城立面改造区域进行扫描测绘实践,实现待测绘建筑表面三维点云数据的精细、高效获取与应用,且将扫描盲区降到最少,再基于点云数据分别绘制待改造建筑的精细立面图辅助改造工程的实施。为城镇建筑立面改造项目测绘提供了一种新的技术手段和方法。
In order to study the rapid and efficient 3D point cloud data acquisition method and application,using Leica Pegasus:Backpack mobile scanning system based on mobile mapping,integrated navigation and positioning and 3D laser scanning technology,through the scanning and mapping practice of a county elevation reconstruction area,Realize the precise and efficient acquisition and application of 3D point cloud data on the surface of buildings to be mapped,and minimize the scanning blind area.Then draw fine elevations of buildings to be transformed respectively based on point cloud data to assist the implementation of the reconstruction project.Itprovides a new technical means and method for surveying and mapping of urban building facade reconstruction project.
