摘要
为解决实际工程中钢筋锈蚀问题,研究了4种不同种类阻锈剂对砂浆工作性能、力学性能、钢筋电化学性能以及微观机理的影响。研究表明:阻锈剂的掺入会降低砂浆的流动度,三乙醇胺和三异丙醇胺可以有效提高试件的强度,使钢筋电极电位维持稳定状态,在钢筋表面生成钝化膜,有效增加钢筋在高频段的容抗弧值,从而抑制钢筋发生锈蚀破坏;此外,三乙醇胺和三异丙醇胺还可以促进水泥水化生成大量水化产物,填充在试件孔隙内部,从而提高试件密实度。
To solve the problem of rebar corrosion in practical engineering,this paper studied the influences of four different types of corrosion inhibitors on the working performance,mechanical properties,electrochemical characteristics of the rebar and microscopic mechanism of mortar. The results showed that the incorporation of corrosion inhibitor would reduce the fluidity of mortar.Triethanolamine and triethanolaminecould effectively improve the strength of the specimen,maintain the electrode potential of the rebar in a stable state,generate a passive film on the surface of the rebar,and effectively increase the capacitive arc value of the rebar in the high frequency band,thus inhibiting the corrosion damage of the rebar. In addition,triethanolamine and triethanolamine could also promote cement hydration to produce a large number of hydration products,filling in the pores of the specimen,thereby improving the compactness of the specimen.
