摘要 以甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(HPEG)、丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为主要原料,采用氧化还原引发自由基聚合,合成了一种缓释型聚羧酸减水剂(JS-L01)。通过正交试验确定其最佳工艺参数为:n(HPEG2400)∶n(AA)∶n(HEA)∶n(AM)=1∶1.5∶4∶0.5,母液黏度为800 mPa·s。并将其与聚羧酸减水剂复配后进行净浆和混凝土试验,结果表明,该缓释型聚羧酸减水剂能够达到3 h保坍,并具有较好的分散性。 A slow-release type polycarboxylic acid water reducer(JS-L01) was synthesized by free radical polymerization initiated by redox,with methyl allyl polyoxyethylene ether(HPEG),acrylic acid(AA),hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA) and acrylamide(AM)as the main raw materials. Through orthogonal test, the optimal formula is confirmed:n(HPEG2400)∶n(AA)∶n(HEA)∶n(AM)=1∶1.5∶4∶0.5,the viscosity of mother liquor is 800 mPa·s. After compounding it with polycarboxylic acid water reducer,the slurry and concrete tests were carried out. The test results showed that the slow-release type polycarboxylic acid water reducer can reach the slump retention for 3 h,and has better dispersion performance.
