降黏型聚羧酸高性能减水剂的合成及性能评价

摘要 以乙烯基聚氧乙烯醚(HM-008)、丙烯酸(AA)、苯乙烯(St)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)等为单体,通过水溶液聚合制备了一种降黏型聚羧酸系减水剂PC-418F,并采用水泥净浆流速T_(200)、Marsh时间及混凝土T_(500)、倒坍落度筒时间进行了降黏性能比较。结果表明,掺PC-418F的水泥净浆和混凝土在流动度相当的前提下,与市售标准型及降黏型聚羧酸减水剂相比,具有更短的净浆T_(200)、Marsh时间、混凝土T_(500)及倒坍落度筒时间,降黏性能优异。 A viscosity-reducing polycarboxylate superplasticizer PC-418F was prepared by water solution polymerization with the vinyl polyoxyethylene ether monomer(HM-008),acrylic acid(AA),andstyrene and methyl acrylate(MA).The viscosity reduction performance was compared by cement paste velocity T_(200),Marsh time,concrete time T_(500) and delivery time of inverted slump cone(DTISC).The results show that,comparing with the commercially available standard and viscosity reducing type polycarboxylate superplasticizer,the cement paste or concrete mixed with PC-418F has shorter T_(200),Marsh time,concrete T_(500) and DTISC at the same cement paste fluidity or concrete slump,the synthesized product has better viscosity-reducing performance.
