硫酸浸泡法的铝酸盐水泥基材料防腐评价研究

摘要 铝酸盐水泥以其独特的矿物组成在抵抗生物源硫酸腐蚀方面表现出优异性能。借鉴硫酸浸泡法,研究了铝酸盐水泥基材料在不同酸浓度下的强度及质量损失率,并从微观角度分析了在不同酸浓度下其水化产物的组成及形貌的演变规律,在此基础上初步确定了高浓度硫酸快速测评法的主要参数。研究结果表明,高浓度硫酸可大幅降低铝酸盐水泥试样的质量和抗压强度,劣化铝酸盐水泥的微结构。实验中当硫酸浓度为5%、浸泡周期为7 d时,铝酸盐水泥基材的质量和抗压强度均出现大幅下降,因此可将此硫酸盐浓度和浸泡周期作为铝酸盐水泥基材料快速防腐评价的主要参数。 Aluminate cement materials have superior qualities in resisting attack by sulfuric acid of microorganism metabolism due to its unique mineral composition. Based on sulfuric acid immersion method,the strength and mass loss rate of aluminate cement based materials at different acid concentrations were studied,the composition and morphology evolution of hydration products at different acid concentrations were analyzed. On the basis of this,the main parameters of a rapid sulfuric acid concentration evaluation method are determined. The results show that higher concentration of sulfuric acid can greatly reduce the mass and com-pressive strength of aluminate cement specimen,and degrade its microstructure. In the experiment,when the concentration of sulfuric acid is 5% and the soaking period is 7 days,the mass and compressive strength of aluminate cement decrease obviously. The sulfate concentration and soaking period can be used as main anti-corrosion evaluation parameters of aluminate cement-based materi-als.
