摘要
玻璃钢(FRP)具有优异的力学性能和耐腐蚀性能等,但其在生产过程及服役期满后所产生的废弃物难于处理,在国内外都造成了严重的环境问题,其回收利用受到了高度的重视。将FRP废弃物应用于水泥砂浆和混凝土中是重要的应用领域之一,在国内外受到了广泛的关注,开展了大量的研究工作。阐述了经撕碎、研磨、热裂解等处理方法得到的粉状、颗粒状、块状、片状、纤维状等形状的FRP废弃物,当其用于水泥砂浆和混凝土中替代骨料或水泥时,对砂浆和混凝土性能的影响。并提出了需进一步研究的问题。
The fiber reinforced plastic(FRP) possesses excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance,its wastes generated during production process and after the end-of-use are recycled and reused very difficultly,and the environmental problems have been caused seriously at home and abroad,so great attention has been paid to the recycling and utilization of FRP wastes. The application of FRP waste in cement mortar and concrete is one of the important application fields,which has attracted extensive attention at home and abroad and carried out a lot of research work. This paper describes the effect on the performance of mortar and concrete when FRP wastes in powder,granular,block,sheet and fiber shapes obtained by shredding,grinding and pyrolysis are used to replace aggregates or cement in cement mortar and concrete. The problems that need to be further studied are put forward.
