污泥焚烧灰与粉煤灰混合后用作混凝土掺合料的研究 被引量:5

摘要 将经过改性剂改性的污泥焚烧灰与粉煤灰混合磨细处理后制备得到复合粉煤灰,研究了复合粉煤灰代替粉煤灰作为混凝土掺合料的可行性。结果表明,未经改性的污泥焚烧灰与粉煤灰混合磨细处理后制得的复合粉煤灰其理化性能、凝结时间、抗折强度、抗压强度以及强度活性指数等均能达到与粉煤灰直接作为混凝土掺合料的相同效果;改性后的污泥焚烧灰与粉煤灰混合制得的复合粉煤灰其性能好于未改性的,在凝结时间、抗折强度及强度活性指数等指标上已优于粉煤灰的效果。 This paper studies the feasibility of using composite fly ash instead of fly ash as concrete admixture by mixing and grinding the sludge incineration ash modified by modifier with fly ash. The results show that the physical and chemical properties,setting time,flexile strength,compressive strength and strength activity index of composite fly ash obtained from unmodified sludge incineration ash and fly ash can meet the same standard as fly ash directly used as concrete admixture. The modified sludge in-cineration ash mixed with fly ash has better performance than the unmodified composite fly ash,and even exceeds the effect of fly ash in setting time,bending strength,strength activity index and other indicators.
