从废水中回收冠状病毒浓缩方法的研究进展

摘要 环境监测作为基于废水的冠状病毒流行病学的一部分,可以为公共卫生安全提供早期预警。大多数方法利用少量废水,主要的浓缩方法是絮凝沉淀法、膜滤法、离心法和超滤法,然后是核酸提取和主要核衣壳基因靶标(N1、N2、N3)的分析。许多实验室不断优化和实施各种针对废水中新冠病毒的浓缩方法,目前用于检测废水中新冠病毒RNA的方法处理大量废水能力有限,抑制了评估病毒载量的能力。近期改进且稳健的PEG絮凝沉淀方法、微生物快速富集系统浓缩方法优化了从废水中回收冠状病毒的效果,使用于废水监测的可量化病毒数据成为可能,从而为公共卫生部门提供必要的信息。未来废水回收冠状病毒的浓缩方法中,絮凝沉淀法与超滤法具有广阔的优化前景。 As part of the wastewater-based epidemiology of coronavirus,environmental monitoring can provide pre-warning for public health safety.In most methods,a small amount of wastewater was utilized,which was concentrated by flocculation sedimentation,membrane filtration,centrifugation or ultrafiltration,followed by the extraction of nucleic acid and analysis of the main nucleocapsid gene targets(N1,N2,N3).Various concentration methods aiming at the new coronavirus in wastewater were optimized and conducted.Currently,due to the limit of the methods used in the detection of RNA in new coronavirus in large amounts of wastewater,the ability to assess the load of viral was inhibited.Recently,the recovery of coronavirus from wastewater was optimized by the improved and steady PEG precipitation method and rapid microbial enrichment system concentration method,which made it possible to use quantifiable data of virus for wastewater monitoring,providing necessary information for the public health departments.There is a promising prospect for the flocculation sedimentation method and ultrafiltration method for the recovery of coronavirus in wastewater.
