天津学校卫生构建及现代启示(1910年~1947年)

近代在校学生身体孱弱及高发病率是实施学校卫生的重要原因。为了给学生一个强健的体魄,天津卫生行政部门采取健康体检、预防传染病、“医教结合”及灭蝇运动多种方式来推广学校卫生工作。尽管限于时局动荡、经费支绌及民智尚未开化等因素的制约,成效并不显著且存在较多的粗陋面,但毕竟开启了近代天津学校卫生工作之先河。近代天津学校卫生构建和发展的历程,对于当今学校卫生工作的开展亦有很多启示。

School health construction in modern times was mainly pushed by poor health and high incidence of students. In order to build a strong physique, Tianjin health administrative department adopted various ways to promote school health work, such as physical examination, prevention of infectious diseases, "combination medicine with education" and fly eradication campaign. Restricted by factors such as unstable political environment, the shortage of funds and uncivilized people, the effect was not significant, but it pioneered school health work in modern Tianjin after all. The process of the construction and development of school health in modern Tianjin also has a lot of enlightenment for the development of school health work today.
