泉州市特色村镇众多,且各有特色和闪光点。在“全国县级融媒体智慧平台”建设推进背景下,泉州市特色村镇借助县级融媒体中心,能够在宣传推广、文化保护、产业构建等方面获得助力,实现更好更快发展。从文化传播视角,提出融媒体智慧平台助力泉州市特色村镇发展可以采取的策略,即移动端建立特色村镇APP推广平台,APP推广平台入驻县级融媒体中心,蹚出“互联网+文创”道路等,并提出在APP推广平台进行图标、IP形象、主界面和多媒体交互技术运用等方面的传播设计。

Many characteristic villages and towns in Quanzhou City are featured with uniqueness.Against the background of promoting the establishment of“Nationwide County-level Intelligent Media Convergence Platform”(henceforth“the platform”),those villages and towns receive assistance in publicity and promotion,cultural protection,industries’construction,etc.for better and faster development.From the perspective of cultural communication,the paper proposed several platform-based strategies to boost the characteristic villages and towns in Quanzhou City.They are as follows:developing smart-phone APP’s for the promotion of villages and towns,integrating the APP’s into county-level media convergence centers,and exploring ways of“Internet+cultural creation”.In addition,the paper also proposed the design of icons,IP images,main interfaces and application of multimedia interactive technology on the APP’s.
