摘要
采用问卷的方法,对黎明职业大学退役军人学生的求学动机进行调查。从退役军人个人背景、学校招生吸引力、求学原因等方面进行逐一分析;针对后续的教学和学生管理,提出分层分类科学分班、允许无条件转专业、侧重职业能力提升、提倡评价体系多元、合理安排授课时间等建议。
A questionnaire survey was conducted among ex-servicemen to investigate their motivation to study at Liming Vocational University in terms of the ex-servicemen’s personal background,school admission appeal,reasons for studying.Such suggestions were put forward as scientific&hierarchical classification of classes,unconditional specialty transfer,more focus on professional ability improvement,multi-evaluation systems,reasonable arrangement of teaching time.
