平安单位视域下高职院校安全文化建设

The Establishment of Safety Culture in Vocational Colleges

针对高职院校多元化的生源结构和校园不稳定因素的增加,为加强校园安全管理,全面提高师生安全意识,以创建平安单位为载体,通过文献研究、实地调查、个别访谈等方法,理论研究与实践检验相结合,归纳高职院校存在的突出安全问题,着力探索构建校园安全制度文化、物质文化、管理文化、教育文化、演练文化、隐患排查文化、竞赛文化、交流文化和宣传文化等校园安全文化体系建设,激发全体师生树牢校园安全共同体意识,形成人人重视安全的行动自觉,努力营造安全稳定的校园环境,保障全体师生生命和财产安全。

Vocational colleges enroll in students from diverse sources and an increasing number of safety-threatening factors are identified on campus,which leads to the needs for tighter campus safety management and more safety awareness among teachers and students.Literature study,field survey and individual interview were adopted to explore both theoretically and practically the safety problems in vocational colleges in the process of building safety units.The campus safety culture system was divided into system culture,material culture,management culture,education culture,practice culture,hidden peril investigation culture,race culture,communication culture and publicity culture.Teachers and students should be inspired to raise the campus safe community consciousness so that everyone takes safety seriously,and contributes to a safe and stable campus environment which will in return guarantee their life and property safety.
