摘要
在使用掺加含保坍型聚羧酸外加剂条件下,有时候高等级混凝土会出现坍落度不损失反而增大的现象,行业内称之为“反大”或“返大”。从聚羧酸减水剂和水泥两个方面对这种“反大”原因进行分析,并针对有“反大”现象的材料体系提出实际生产控制方法。
Under the condition of mixing with a slump-preserving polycarboxylic acid admixture,sometimes high-grade concrete will increase in collapse without loss,which is called“anti-big”or“enlargement”in the industry.The causes of this“anti-big”are analyzed from the two aspects of polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent and cement,and the actual production control method is proposed for the material system with the“anti-big”phenomenon.
