摘要
通过对大跨度钢架连廊结构拼装施工工艺及要求的分析,对整体结构进行三维建模分析及吊点布置的计算分析。结果表明,该施工技术拼装精度符合规范要求,可用于解决大跨度钢架连廊施工的若干技术关键问题。基于苏州阳澄湖景区配套酒店项目的结构实际工程,为了保证大跨度钢架连廊在拼装施工过程的安全性,应用SAP2000有限元分析软件对整体结果吊点的布置进行受力性能分析,讨论其结构的强度、刚度和稳定性,为大跨度钢架连廊拼装技术的施工应用提供参考。
This paper introduces the construction technology of large span steel frame corridor assembly.Through the analysis of the assembly construction technology and requirements of the long-span steel frame corridor structure,the three-dimensional modeling analysis of the overall structure and the calculation analysis of the hanging point layout,the results show that the assembly accuracy of the construction technology meets the requirements of the specification,and can be used to solve some key technical problems in the construction of the long-span steel frame corridor.Based on the actual structural engineering of supporting hotel project in Suzhou Yangcheng Lake scenic area,in order to ensure the safety of long-span steel frame corridor in the process of assembly construction,SAP2000 finite element analysis software is applied to analyze the mechanical performance of the overall result of the layout of lifting points,and discuss the strength,stiffness and stability of the structure,so as to provide reference for the construction application of large-span steel frame corridor assembly technology.
