摘要
预制阳台是装配式预制构件的重要部分,其安装质量的高低直接影响装配式建筑的整体质量水平。作为悬挑结构及外露构件,装配式预制阳台的漏水、开裂等质量问题在装配式建筑中较易出现,是限制装配式建筑发展的瓶颈之一。从预制阳台板安装流程出发,从构件质量、结构设计、精确吊装与施工3个角度分析预制阳台安装问题,总结并提出相应的解决方法。
Prefabricated balcony is an important part of prefabricated components,and its installation quality directly affects the overall quality level of prefabricated buildings.As an overhanging structure and exposed component,the quality problems of prefabricated balconies such as water leakage and cracking are easy to occur in prefabricated buildings,which is one of the bottlenecks restricting the development of prefabricated buildings.Starting from the installation process of prefabricated balconies,this paper analyzes the installation problems of prefabricated balconies from the aspects of component quality,structural design,accurate lifting and construction,and summarizes and puts forward corresponding solutions.
