摘要
为优化长裂太行菊总黄酮提取条件与干燥方法,以长裂太行菊花为试材,采用亚硝酸钠-氯化铝比色法,测定不同干燥方法的总黄酮含量。结果表明:以体积分数为70%乙醇为提取液、料液比为10:1(mg/mL)、在50℃水浴条件下、1.0h提取2次的方法,为长裂太行菊总黄酮提取的最佳条件。在此条件下,阴干处理的花总黄酮含量显著高于其他烘干处理。
In order to optimize the extraction conditions and drying methods of total flavonoids from Opisthopap-pus longilobus,the total flavonoids content in different drying methods were extracted from its flower,which were assisted with sodium nitrite and aluminum chloride colorimetric method.The results showed that the opti-mal extraction conditions were ethanol concentration of 70%,material-liquid ratio 10:1(mg/mL),water bath temperature 50℃ and 1.0h extraction twice.Under the conditions,the total flavonoids content of flower dried in the shade was significantly higher than that of other drying treatments.
