摘要
为研究不同浓度盐胁迫对北京桧柏生长和生理特性的影响,试验在盆栽条件下,设置4个处理,盐浓度分别为0%(对照)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%。结果表明:0.2%浓度的盐处理不会对株高产生显著影响,0.4%、0.6%盐处理显著降低了株高;0.2%浓度的盐处理不会使北京桧柏MDA含量、SOD、POD、CAT活性显著升高,0.4%、0.6%盐处理会显著提高MDA含量和3种抗氧化酶活性。总体分析来看,0.2%浓度的盐胁迫不会对北京桧柏株高和生理特性产生显著影响。
This test studied the effects of different concentrations of salt stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of Sabina chinensis cv.Beijingensis,and it want to provide a theoretical basis for its scientific and reasonable application in urban gardens.The test was under potted conditions,it was set 4 treatment whit salt con-centration by 0%(control),0.2%,0.4%,and 0.6%respectively,and it was repeated 3 times.The results show that:0.2%salt treatment did not have a significant effect on plant height,0.4%and 0.6%salt treatments were signifi-cantly reduced plant height;the MDA content,SOD,POD and CAT activitiesdid not significantly increasein 0.2%salt treatment,and it was significantly increasedin 0.4%and 0.6%salt treatments.From the overall analysis,0.2%salt stress concentration will not have a significant impact on the plant height and physiological characteristics of Sabina chinensis cv.Beijingensis.
