摘要
容器高度可有效调控苗木质量,该研究采用不同容器高度培育蒙古栎容器苗,探讨容器高度对苗木生长的影响,为培育蒙古栎容器幼苗提供参考。以当年生蒙古栎播种苗为研究对象,采用完全随机区组设计,设置5个无纺布容器高度(T1:8cm×10cm,T2:8cm×15cm,T3:8cm×20cm,T4:8cm×25cm,T5:8cm×30cm),测定1a生蒙古栎苗木生长季末地上部分生长情况、根系生长以及生物量等指标。结果表明:T5:8cm×30cm规格下苗木发育最佳,苗高、地径、冠幅、全株生物量、根长、根表面积、根体积、比根长均达到最大值,除与T4:8cm×25cm处理没有显著性差异,显著大于其它处理;苗木质量指数(QI)也显著大于其他处理,作为衡量苗木综合质量的重要指标之一,QI越大,苗木越优。因此,T5处理是无纺布容器育苗最好的选择,说明增大容器高度对幼苗生长有明显的促进作用。
Container height can effectively control the quality of seedlings.In this study,container seedlings of Quercus mongolica were cultivated with different container heights,and the influence of container height on the growth of seedlings was discussed,so as to provide reference for container cultivation of Quercus mongolica seedlings.Taking the sowing seedlings of Quercus mongolica as the research object,with completely random block design,five non-woven fabric container heights(T1:8cm×10cm,T2:8cm×15cm,T3:8cm×20cm,T4:8cm×25cm,T5:8cm×30cm)were set up to measure the growth of above ground parts,root growth and biomass of annual Quercus mongolica seedlings at the end of growing season.The results showed that the seedling development was the best at T5:8cm×30cm,and the seedling height,ground diameter,crown width,whole plant biomass,root length,root surface area,root volume and specific root length all reached the maximum,except that there was no significant difference with T4:8cm×25cm treatment,which was significantly higher than other treatments.The quality index(QI)of seedlings is also significantly higher than that of other treatments.As one of the important indexes to measure the comprehensive quality of seedlings,the higher the QI,the better the seedlings.Therefore,T5 treatment is the best choice for non-woven container seedling raising,which shows that increasing container height can obviously promote seedling growth.
