医疗机构中药饮片库存控制优化的实践与探讨

Practice and discussion on optimizing the inventory control of chinese herbal pieces in medical institutions

目的分析建立库存控制模型前后对中药饮片库存管理指标的影响,为提高医疗机构中药饮片库存管理提供合理、科学的参照。方法随机抽取2019年1月1日~2020年3月31日期间的饮片销售和库存数据,将2019年1~3月设为对照组,将2020年1~3月设为观察组,对照组实行常规管理,观察组运用ABC分类管理法,并在此基础上设定了安全库存、订货点、库存上限及订货量等库存控制模型参数,实行库存控制模型管理,比较两组管理结果。结果优化后,库存周转时间观察组优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组饮片滞销率优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组缺货率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医疗机构中药饮片优化库存控制,能显著提高资金周转率,缩短周转时间,为科学、高效库存管理提供了一个切实可行、简单便捷的参考。

Objective To analyze the influence of the inventory control model on the inventory management indicators of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)pieces before and after the establishment of the inventory control model,so as to provide a reasonable and scientific reference for improving the inventory management of TCM pieces in medical institutions.Methods The sales and inventory data of decoction pieces from January 2019 to March 31,2020 were randomly selected,and January to March 2019 was set as the control group,January to March 2020 was set as the observation group,and the control group carrying out routine management,the observation team used the ABC classification management method,and on this basis set inventory control model parameters such as safety stock,order point,inventory upper limit and order quantity,implemented inventory control model management,and compared the two sets of management results.Results After optimization,the inventory turnover time of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),the slow-sale rate of decoction pieces in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the stock-out rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimized inventory control of TCM decoction pieces in medical institutions can significantly increase the capital turnover rate,shorten the turnover time,and provide a practical,simple and convenient reference for scientific and efficient inventory management.
