维生素C注射液致过敏性休克2例及文献回顾分析

Anaphylactic shock induced by intravenous vitamin C injection:two cases and literature review

目的分析静脉滴注维生素C注射液致过敏性休克的安全性风险,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法报道2例维生素C注射液引起的过敏性休克不良反应,分析其发生原因。检索相关文献,对维生素C注射液引起的过敏性休克不良反应进行整理,提出相应防控措施。结果维生素C注射液所致过敏性休克不良反应可能与药品因素、滴注速度、用药剂量及患者个体因素等有关。用药30 min内须密切监测,一旦发生此类不良反应,应立即停药并积极救治。结论临床应重视维生素C注射液所致严重不良反应的发生,尤应关注儿童等特殊人群用药,加强安全性监测,促进安全合理应用。

Objective To analyze the safety risk of anaphylactic shock induced by intravenous infusion of vitamin C injection,and to provide the basis for rational clinical drug use.Methods Two cases of anaphylactic shock induced by vitamin C injection were reported and the causes were analyzed.Related literature was retrieved,anaphylactic shock adverse reactions caused by vitamin C injection were sorted out,and corresponding prevention and control measures were proposed.Results Anaphylactic shock induced by vitamin C injection may be related to drug factors,infusion speed,dosage and individual factors of the patients,etc.,close monitoring should be done within 30 minutes of medication,once such adverse reactions occur,the drug should be immediately stopped and actively treated.Conclusion Clinical attention should be paid to the occurrence of serious adverse reactions caused by vitamin C injection,especially to special groups such as children,strengthen safety monitoring,and promote safe and reasonable use.
